Privacy
What we collect
Delivery details you or a brand give us: addresses, contact numbers, parcel description, and the proof recorded at handoff. Location data from crew members while they are on shift, and from machines while they are on a leg.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not track crew members outside shift hours. Drop box cameras record an event at open and close — they are not a live feed, and footage leaves a unit only as job proof or on lawful request.
Retention
Job records and proof are kept for the period our brand contracts and Indian tax rules require, then deleted. Location traces are aggregated after 90 days.
Your requests
Write to contact@thecrew.one to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days and tell you what we cannot delete and why.
