The crew members we will put on the road first: two-wheelers for parcels, three-wheelers and light commercial vehicles for volume, and two-person crews that deliver and install furniture and appliances. Nobody is on shift yet — we are designing the deal and the app before we hire.
Express and same-day parcels, scheduled slots, and bulky-goods jobs where the same crew carries the item in and installs it. Riders will also stock and clear the drop boxes, which is what keeps a machine leg possible.
Earnings per job will be shown before a rider accepts it, with distance, waiting time and any install component broken out. That is a commitment we are writing into the app, not a feature we are claiming to have shipped.
Vadodara at launch, from our Gorwa facility. Alkapuri, Sayajigunj, Akota, Gotri, Waghodia Road and the industrial estates are the zones we are planning first, because that is where our own deliveries already go.

Shift caps and rest windows enforced in software. Helmets and jackets issued, not deducted. Insurance active per shift, welfare-board registration handled by us. This is the deal we are building before we hire, not after.
Incidents get a case number and a named person on our side. Riders can escalate without going through the app.
